Rest assured your job is very important to us and is being given the highest priority and will be shipped as soon as possible.
All Orders are Shipped via UPS Ground.
ORDERS REQUIRING EXPEDITED OR AIR SHIPPING? MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE VIA EMAIL FOR EXACT PRICING (this is not typical!)
Local Pick Up or Delivery? Will Call and Local Delivery orders can be arranged ONLY in Orange County, California. (This must be done PRIOR to placing your order. You must email us for Will Call location or a local delivery address and we will provide you with a “Free Shipping” COUPON CODE for use when placing your order).
Orders typically take 5-7 business days to reach the customer – however please allow up to two weeks from order entry to delivery via UPS depending on the size of your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a graphic allowing you to follow the progress of your job through our production facility. A UPS tracking number will be provided once it is ready for UPS pick up. Please note we do not make any guarantee on the day or date your job will arrive. We have no control of your package once it leaves our warehouse. 9 out of 10 jobs arrive within 6 business days!
Please email questions, comments, concerns via the “Contact Us” Form. Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible, generally the same day, however please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply.
All orders are processed ONLINE via our web store. We do not take orders via email or phone.
Once your payment is received your order goes immediately into our production queue and cannot be revised or cancelled.
NOTE: Our production facility is closed weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will go into production on Monday (holidays excepted). UPS delivers on Saturdays but is closed on Sunday and holidays.
