  • Rest assured your job is very important to us and is being given the highest priority and will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • All Orders are Shipped via UPS Ground.
  • ORDERS REQUIRING EXPEDITED OR AIR SHIPPING – MUST EMAIL US FOR PRICING (not typical!)
  • Local Pick Up: Will Call orders can be picked up locally in Orange County, California. (Before ordering you must email us for location confirmation and pick up date and we will provide you with a Free Shipping COUPON CODE).
  • Orders typically take 6-7 business days to reach the customer – however please allow two weeks from order entry to delivery via UPS.  You will receive an email confirmation with a graphic showing the progress of your job and Tracking Number once it is ready for UPS.  Please note however, two weeks is not a maximum nor a guaranteed timeline as we have no control of your package once it leaves our warehouse.
  • Please email questions, comments, concerns via the “Contact Us” Form. Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible, generally the same day, however please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply.
  • All orders are processed ONLINE via our web store.  We do not take orders via email or phone.
  • Once payment is received your order goes immediately into production and cannot be revised or cancelled. Once you submit payment the purchase cannot be undone.  NO RETURNS • NO REFUNDS • NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • NOTE: Our production facility is closed weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will go into production on Monday (holidays excepted). UPS delivers on Saturdays but is closed on Sunday and holidays.
